       Dear FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) Teams,

 

 

Shepard Exposition Services would like to welcome you to the (FRC) 2009 Competition Season. Our goal at Shepard is to facilitate all your needs for Crate Handling to and from each competition. SHIPPING INFORMATION:

 

• Shepard will provide storage of your Robot Crate at our Advance Warehouse to and from each Regional and the Championship Event.
• If you plan to attend more than one Regional, you must schedule your shipment with Shepard   Exposition Services at the Team’s expense. To request a quote you can contact Paula Mullis or you can receive a quote online at www.shepardes.com/first 
• FIRST will provide material handling services up to 400 pounds at no charge for each Regional.  Teams will be billed $55.00 per 100 pounds, or any portion thereof, over the initial 400 pounds for each Regional.
• Each Team must send a completed Payment Authorization form to Shepard Exposition Services before the Competitions begin regardless whether your crate is overweight or not.  Only one form is required to have on file for all Regional’s you attend.
• If you are planning on shipping your crate to a Back to Back Regional, you must contact Paula Mullis at 704.394.9140 or Email: pmullis@shepardes.com to make those arrangements.
